CBSE Board Date Sheet 2025: Class 10th, 12th Practical Exams Start from January 1, Check Official Notice Here

The practical exam dates for the CBSE Class 10th and 12th board exams for the academic year 2024-25 have been officially announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). As per the latest notification, CBSE is set to hold the practical exams for both classes in January 2025. The practical exams for CBSE 10th and 12th Board 2025 will kick off on January 1, while the theory exams are scheduled to start on February 15 the following year.
In its official announcement, CBSE mentioned that the Practical Examinations/ IA for class X and XII will commence from 01/01/2025, with the Board’s Annual Theory Examinations following on 15/02/2025.
The practical exams for CBSE Board 2025 will be held by winter-bound schools from November 5 to December 5, 2024. Guidelines and SOPs have been issued by the board for the administration of Practical Examinations, Projects, and Internal Assessments in these schools. Furthermore, these schools are scheduled to be shut in January 2025.

CBSE has recently unveiled the breakdown of marks by subject for both 10th and 12th grades. Schools have been advised by the board to meticulously review the distribution of marks to prevent any disruptions for students or errors in the submission of marks for practical exams and internal evaluations.
