Riddhima Kapoor Sahni Praises Alia Bhatt, Says She Makes ‘A Lot Of Effort With The Family’
Riddhima Kapoor Sahni highlighted the sincere endeavors made by her sister-in-law Alia to integrate into their family.
The newest addition to the Kapoor family making a debut on screen is Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. She, the daughter of the late Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, appeared in the most recent season of Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives, joining newcomers Shalini Passi and Kalyani Saha Chawla. In a recent interview, the reality TV star shared insights about her bond with her sister-in-law, the actress Alia Bhatt, emphasizing Bhatt’s dedicated endeavors to integrate into their family.
During a recent conversation with Galatta India, Riddhima expressed how at ease she has been feeling around Alia ever since tying the knot with the Kapoor family. “Our comfort level is great. We respect their privacy by not intruding daily,” she shared, emphasizing the actress’s dedicated efforts towards bonding with the family.
In April 2022, Alia and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot in a modest ceremony at his Bandra residence, eschewing grandiosity for simplicity. The intimate event was graced by a select few, primarily their immediate family members. Fast forward to November of the same year, the couple joyfully welcomed their bundle of joy, Raha. In an interview with a media outlet, Riddhima expressed her genuine affection for Alia, affirming, “We have wholehearted love for her and stand by her unfailingly. Our bond developed organically; there was no imposition, just a natural connection.”
Alia, Riddhima’s sister-in-law, shared a delightful and amusing voice message during the same interview. She mentioned that Riddhima excels in gathering intriguing gossip, surpassing even Ranbir Kapoor as the biggest gossipmonger in the family. “Riddhima is the go-to person for all the latest tidbits. She effortlessly unleashes major gossip bombs and her accuracy is unmatched. She’s even more informed than Ranbir,” Alia playfully remarked.
Nevertheless, Alia’s admiration for her sister-in-law extends beyond just that. The Jigra actress expressed that Riddhima possesses remarkable kindness and warmth. Alia further mentioned, “She is not only incredibly kind and loving but also remarkably generous, always emanating love. Moreover, she is an exceptionally entertaining and wonderful aunt who has imparted numerous valuable lessons to Raha. Because of her, I find myself chanting ‘Uma Joshi ye ye ye’ nearly 20 times a day.
Alia recently shared her appreciation for Riddhima, emphasizing their strong bond that goes beyond just being sisters-in-law. Describing Riddhima as more of a sister than a mere relative, Alia expressed her joy and thankfulness for having such a fantastic companion in her life.
